It is cut loose. Take your usual size for the intended fit, or one size down to sit closer to the body. If you are between sizes, take the larger one. Sizes run S to 2XL; the chest measures 20.5 in (52 cm) flat in S and 24.4 in (62 cm) flat in 2XL.

How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry low, iron at low temperature, and do not dry clean.
