They are cut loose. Sizes run M to 4XL. In M the waist measures 14.17 in (36 cm) flat; in 4XL it is 16.14 in (41 cm). Take your usual size.

How do I wash them?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry low, iron at low temperature and do not dry clean.
