They are cut loose. Sizes run S to 2XL. In S the waist measures 12.60 in (32 cm) flat; in 2XL it is 15.75 in (40 cm). Take your usual size.

How do I wash them?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry low, iron at low temperature and do not dry clean.
